These people need to be left in hot sun for hours. No water and no shade. We can’t do this to someone but these criminal idiots can and will get away with their horrendous treatment of their dog. When it states ‘Allegedly’ does this mean that it is NOT known if the incident happened or not!! If this DID happen then the piece of shit supposed owner needs dragging out of his house or wherever the fucker lives and beating so bad by a ‘riled-up mob that his own mother would not recognise him!!
