  1. 120 animals all neglected under O’Keeffe. Her directions brought so many animals unwanted suffering and abuse! This woman deserves to rot in prison or a mental institution. She must have a ban placed against her to haver own, work with, or be around animals for the rest of her evil life. O’Keeffe needs to pay for all the animals needing medical attention, foster care, or continued therapeutic care. This requires money so we’ll everything this horrible woman has in order to pay for the dogs she made suffer. This shows that not enough is being done by the legal system to protect the innocent. Sleep better at night and put this type of person away so they can not torment anymore.
