Demand Justice for Dog Allegedly Hit, Hung and Kicked

Target: Ellen F. Rosenblum, Attorney General of Oregon

Goal: Punish man apparently caught on camera hitting dog and hanging the animal from a fire extinguisher.

A deeply troubling case of alleged animal abuse has emerged in Portland, where Isaac Booker Justham was arrested for reportedly abusing a small black dog inside a Northeast Portland apartment building. Security footage showed the suspect allegedly hitting the dog with a heavy rope, hanging it from a fire extinguisher, and kicking it. The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) took Justham into custody, but he has apparently refused to provide information about the dog’s whereabouts.

The suspect now faces three felony counts of first-degree aggravated animal abuse. However, the case raises significant concerns about animal welfare and the need for stronger enforcement and protection measures. Deter such cruel acts and ensure justice for all animals in Oregon.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General Rosenblum,

I am writing to express my deep concern over the recent case of alleged animal abuse involving Isaac Booker Justham in Portland. According to reports, Justham was arrested for allegedly abusing a small black dog inside a Northeast Portland apartment building. The shocking footage reportedly shows the dog being repeatedly struck with a heavy rope, hung from a fire extinguisher, and kicked.

While Justham has been charged with three felony counts of first-degree aggravated animal abuse, this case highlights the urgent need for stronger protections for animals in Oregon. The cruel treatment of animals is unacceptable, and it is essential that those responsible for such acts are held fully accountable.

I urge you to ensure that the individual involved in this case is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally, I request that you work to implement stronger animal welfare laws and enforcement measures to prevent future incidents of abuse and ensure that all animals in Oregon are protected from harm.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

    ONLY……. HIS black ASS matters???

The authorities must find this poor little dog, and make enquiries of the cruel thugs neighbours to see what he has done with it. Has he killed it, or has he abandoned it somewhere because his evil and cowardly attack on it has badly hurt it? Obviously, he would not pay vets fees! Make this nasty scumbag tell the authorities where the dog is so it can be rescued. Then prosecute the thug and sent him to prison for a long time, ban him from ever having animals again. Also put the thugs name and photo in the news so anyone who has information can help, and also others can avoid this thug and all will know what he has done.

  3. Hang and burn in HELL!! Sick BASTARD🤬🤬🤬

Laws are not going to keep animal from being abused and killed only if the courts back the laws and prosecute those who are guilty of animal abuse for an animal was injured or killed by those who should not have an animal to begin with.. Laws are so vague and not upheld by the courts… thats where they should be but are not.. how can these judges let animal cruelty just be ignored by so many….

  5. The little dog is missing? The. monster probably killed it. There must be an investigation into this and hopefully finding the little dog. Tis man is a monster. Why do men pick the smallest animals to pick on and to hurt? The legal system in this country needs improvement. America has weak laws and no justice. This man needs to b in a mental institution for harming something so little. Or, prison might be a good choice. But until he tells authorities where the little dog is please doh’t let him out on bail to hurt or kill others. Our society is built on laws for all so peace can be achieved. This man won’t do that and society doesn’t want people like him.

  6. get sodium pentathol into this scum and find that dog. Then lock it up for a LONG time! What an utter loser coward of a man.

  7. This black bugger needs to be sorted by a gang of Animal activists to show the bastard what fright and pain is all about.
I expect this is some arrogant cocky sod who thinks he can do what he likes.
The nasty bastard sure needs to know different. A beating and a few bone smashes with something like the approved ‘baseball bat’ to all body parts would make the shitbag think before doing anything like this again.
Although to be fair, the prick will NEVER be any use to the world and will no doubt never learn, so would be much better off left for DEAD!!

Me and some people I know could get all the information from him that is needed! If he winds up not breathing, it’s a big so-what for this piece of shit! Kill the son of a bitch and hang him from a tree as a warning to other animal abusers.

  9. Here’s a thought … do to this man what he is seen doing to the little black dog! Make sure to hurt him by taking into account his size compared to the little dog! There law doesn’t do anything, our laws are weak and not enforced. We do need a higher standard of laws which when broken are enforced. The world would be better off without this monster!!! He probably killed the little dog and if so he needs to be beaten, left in a cell bloody and hurt until he dies. Society doesn’t want to be forced to live with monsters like this. Our pets suffer, our kids suffer and we suffer. The law is meant to protect but this isn’t the case any longer.
