  1. I am sorry this cat disappeared. Obviously he knew he belonged there and people knew him. The stranger is a criminal. To steal is against the law. It happens but it shouldn’t. The days of past decency are gone. I hope this cat is found but you may want to consider making him an indoor pet. Outdoor cats take a chance and face sometimes horrible people doing horrible things but they have no where else to go. Family cats need to be kept in sight so criminals can’t just take them away from the home they love. This person has most likely done this before and could spot the camera. I do hope the cat is returned.
