Target: Teresa Klingensmith, District Attorney of Washington County, Pennsylvania
Goal: Ensure that Florine and Russell L. Chilcote face the maximum legal consequences for their alleged cruel treatment of farm animals.
Pennsylvania State Police have charged Florine and Russell L. Chilcote with multiple counts of animal cruelty related to donkeys and a horse. Allegations include causing significant bodily injury or death, neglecting veterinary care, and torturing animals.
The animals were reportedly found standing in manure with overgrown hooves, causing them injury and pain. One donkey, allegedly severely underweight and unable to stand, required immediate veterinary attention.
The Chilcotes allegedly admitted to not seeking care due to the animals’ age and breeding purpose. This case highlights the need for strict enforcement of animal welfare laws. Ensure maximum legal consequences for their alleged cruel treatment of farm animals.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear DA Klingensmith,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent animal cruelty charges against Florine and Russell L. Chilcote. The allegations of severe neglect and abuse toward the donkeys and horse found on their property are deeply troubling.
The reported conditions of the animals, including overgrown hooves, malnutrition, and unsanitary living conditions, suggest a grave violation of animal welfare standards. The suffering apparently endured by these animals is unacceptable, and it is crucial that justice is served.
I urge you to pursue the maximum legal penalties for the Chilcotes if they are found guilty of these charges. This case underscores the importance of upholding animal welfare laws and sending a strong message that cruelty will not be tolerated.
Sincerely,

The Chilcotes admitted to not seeking care due to the animals’ age and breeding purpose. Ensure maximum legal consequences for their alleged cruel treatment of farm animals. I suppose the Chilcotes are well bred and young? That’s an insult to intelligence. They are cheap and without any empathy for any life but their own. They should never be allowed to own animals. A ban to this effect must be placed against them as they torture their animals and don’t deserve animals. Hopefully the donkeys were removed but the law is not on the side of victims only criminals. This case is an excellent example of this fact. The law in America is disgusting and now with the not so Supreme Court it’s even worse, if that is at all possible.
