  1. WOW! This is not much to go on, is it? A cat found with an arrow through its head. I guess the cat survived? Does the cat have owners? Is it a feral? can it live with the injury? Is this the work of a teen? Seems like it well may be. No one yet has been found? The hope is since the cat is walking, if the cat is still walking, there will not be any more mention of this evil deed. Some one out there knows who did this. There may be an opening in the case. People like this do not need to be in our society. They burden us all. The parents of this person need to be questioned. Too many teens are now doing harm to innocent animals. The parents are partly to blame and the law must recognize this as part if the problem as parents often are not part of the solution.

  2. People like to brag about the nasty mean things they do to animals so offer a reward for the identity of the POS who did this; his friends are like him, they’ll trade his name for money. Then, how about prosecuting and actually punishing the POS as a reminder to other jerks that being a super loser does not pay.
