This is an excellent example of how the legal standard in America is failing us … all of us. To allow this man to leave with no consequences needs to be against the law. Anyone allowing this to happen needs to face the law as well as the idiot who broke the law. $21600.00 is a lot of money but can it replace life or the suffering of those who died?
