This cruel jerk Storm Williams is a danger to animals. Attacking a puppy is the same as attacking a baby. To protect another animal from being abused and killed, this monster must be banned from owning a pet PERMANENTLY FOR THE REST OF HIS MISERABLE LIFE! Also, please enforce stricter animal welfare laws!

Why do people even adopt an animal when they know that they have no patience and/or anger issues!? I am sure that this was the reason why this poor puppy was treated so horrifically. Williams should NEVER be allowed to own another animal!! I don’t think that 15 years will make a difference in changing his inner evil.
How people could watch, and know, something horrible was happening to a small defenseless puppy yet say nothing makes hem guilty of animal cruelty. There is this new statement … If you see something, say something!
I this case it might have saved a life. This POS has no right to ever own, work with or be around any animals for the rest of his tragic life! This guy deserves life behind bars in solitary confinement! To attack a defenseless puppy beat him so bad he had to be euthanized then if that wasnt bad enough attack the officer responding to these horrific acts!
