If you don’t want a pet, then dump it at an animal shelter – so they can re-home it with someone who will love and care for the animal. If it was up to me, I would tape the perpetrator’s mouth shut, hog-tie them, dump them in a dumpster at 100 degrees heat, and let them suffer like Reba did.
