WE must make the punishment for these crimes fit the crime. The slaps on the wrist are NOT working, and that is plain to see by the enormous amount of these crimes happening daily. Out Justice System MUST catch up with these crimes.

Who will pay the medical costs for Rocket? He was only 1 year in age with a whole life ahead of him. How would Cleo feel about someone doing the same to her? Why not? We are too civilized to do something so horrendous? Yet if this woman goes free she will do this and worse in the future. She is mentally ill. Maybe she needs to be placed in a mental institution for the rest of her life. She is not worthy of society. We live in a society of rules to hopefully keep the peace. She is not a candidate for society. What to do with her is second to the fact she must pay for Rocket’s medical expenses. Too expensive? She should have thought of that before throwing Rocket off the ledge of the building.
Being locked away is too good for this worthless monster! Cleopatra Morgan does not deserve to breathe.
