The Mumbra police have registered a case against Manduskar under Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Previous incidents include a resident reportedly running over and killing three puppies with his car and another individual seemingly intentionally running over a mother dog, paralyzing her puppy for life.
