A tragic case of alleged animal neglect has surfaced in Valley, Nebraska. On Thursday, Valley Police received a tip about the living conditions of several dogs. Officers obtained a search warrant upon the homeowner’s refusal to allow entry. The scene they uncovered was heartbreaking. Reportedly, Seven dogs were found living in squalid, unsanitary conditions, suffering from severe neglect.
The dogs were reportedly infested with fleas, malnourished, and living in a home filled with feces and filth. Richard Mathouser, the homeowner, will be charged with seven felony counts of neglect, one for each dog. He will also face citations for not having pet licenses and housing too many dogs within city limits. The Dodge County Humane Society was called in to rescue the animals, providing them with much-needed medical care and a safer environment.
Chief Bobby Martinez of the Valley Police Department described the house as one of the worst he had ever seen. The conditions inside were appalling, reportedly with no kennels or proper facilities for the dogs, allowing them to roam freely and relieve themselves anywhere.
The rescued dogs are now in the care of the Dodge County Humane Society, where they will receive the medical attention and proper care they deserve. Ensure stricter animal welfare regulations and better enforcement to prevent neglect in the future.

This owner of the house must be forced to live, with all that shit, in that house for at least one month. No open windows or doors. If I were in charge I would bolt closed all bathrooms. He doesn’t deserve any. This is the only way to make it really understand how offensive that is to live in, eat in, and sleep in. This creep deserves nothing.
