Beat this woman, slowly! Let her feel the pain and suffering she caused. It is said two wrongs don’t make a right but when dealing with human waste such as this I want my tax dollars to do more than simply house a monster, which she is! She deserves to be in prison, hopefully for the rest of her life. At the very least a bond must be placed on her denying her to own, work with or even be around animals again for the rest of her worthless life. People like this just hurt, damage, and destroy.
