The perpetrator deserves the same treatment- whatever he did to these innocent animals needs to be done to him
Quite honestly the man who tortured these animals needs to die. He takes up space and is only evil. His actions proves that to be true. Do you folks even have animals rights? I doubt you do. It’s not important to you. but animals feel pain and this monster just likes to watch pain. He is a piece of sh-t! If you won’t do the same to him then please let him not do this to other animals. If he is dead he can’t and there will be peace on earth!
