In a deeply troubling incident in Hanamkonda, Warangal, a man named Vinay has been accused of brutally torturing and attempting to kill a pet dog. The incident was reported by Adulapuram Gautham, who runs the NGO ‘Stray Animal Foundation of India.’
A student captured the horrifying act on video, reportedly showing Vinay choking the dog with a chain around its neck, causing severe damage to its vocal cords. Gautham, along with NGO member Preethi, lodged a complaint against Vinay, leading to an investigation by the Hanamkonda police.
Hanamkonda sub-inspector K. Shravan Kumar has registered a case against Vinay under Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act, 1960, and provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha (BNS). Enforce stronger enforcement of animal protection laws to prevent such acts of cruelty.

If India is involved there is no kindness, no regard for life, no compassion, no respect or empathy for animals.
Sad but true. The abuser deserves the same he did to the poor dog. People are monsters!!!!!
Just do the same to this vile, deranged piece of human garbage but make sure he DIES, don’t bother to ‘rescue’ him as his next victim may be YOU, a child or a vulnerable adult. Its time INDIA’s government and police started to take responsibility for the psychotic masses of animal abusers in their country. shame on them as they stand and watch and do NOTHING.
Throw this piece of filth in jail for a very long time. He doesn’t deserve to walk free. India is a place of brutality for the innocent animals.
