These hybrids should not be born. They, unfortunately, are not welcomed. However to treat them in such a miserable manner goes against our social system of justice. Although we have a lame system of justice you must place those responsible in prison. People are tired of a broken system of justice. We everyday people must live under the justice system but it is so broken that people will rise up if your lack of responsibility doesn’t improve. Your lack of interest forces we the people to comply but not those who do the damage. This can not continue. Help these dogs and put those involved in prison for years!
Since it is illegal and these dogs can never be adopted or put into society, why breed them to only mistreat them with cruelty and torture. This is an evil person with no regard for innocent lives. He did this on purpose. He must pay for what he did by prison. The only way justice will be served!

A misdemeanor charge for something that is illegal and vile. This should be a felony charge. Why is this monster getting off so lightly? It’s way past time that local governments carried out their mandates to uphold the laws you have, and if needed strengthen them and make new ones to end this.
