Yes, Floridian here and sad to say some of the most terrible animal abuse stories come from here, which is shameful. But yes, plenty of other countries definitely need to make animal welfare a real concern and put laws in place, among other measures!! Animals everywhere need people to protect them.

Does anyone really think that a country like Pakistan will pay attention to good, decent people who care about animals? There are so many countries that need to be wiped off the face of this earth just for the way they treat animals. Myself? I’d like to get ahold of the person/people doing this and have a 2-week long beating on them (doubtful they’d keep breathing). Make them see part of the pain these animals are put through in that God-forsaken country.

If only someone with a great deal of disposable income could do something worthwhile with it and assist the few animal advocates in India in building protective sanctuaries large enough for these abused animals to be vetted and sterilized.

If you abuse an animal, you can be abused in the same manner. If you choke an animal, you will be chocked to death in the same manner. If you throw an animals to their death from a balcony, you too will parish in the same manner.
Sane people live in a society with rules and laws. Everyone follows the laws to protect the society. When someone steps out of the law and harms or kills another living being, he will be the next to suffer. This knowledge will stop this type of senseless death and harm to continue. You do it, you live it or die by it!

This is a worldwide issue and not just in Pakistan alone. Developed countries also have terrible animal abuse including USA and GB.
