They say they need proof (video). They got the proof, the authorities needed to go out there the same day and take the dogs to safety. Cruelty goes unpunished throughout the US but, Florida and the deep south are especially notorious for unanswered animal cruelty and lax enforcement. Until Florida and other states take this issue seriously, animals live virtually without protection. Please pursue this case and loudly advocate for stricter laws, funding for enforcement and harsher penalties including prison.
