Whoever is committing these horrendous acts against these many animals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and never allowed near an animal ever again!!!!!!!!! He/She should also be responsible financially for every penny of the medical treatment this injured dog needs!!!!!!!!!!!!

How hard is it to surrender the dog to a rescue or a shelter. if you can’t surrender during the day put them in a crate at night and put it by the door and not on a Friday night either. Or if you’re that sick and depraved you need to leave this world.

The evil person who committed this heinous act of cruelty needs to have their bones broken, their wrists, ankles and mouths duct taped and then be thrown into a dumpster and left there!
