PERMANENTLY stop the abuser from injuring more dogs
What on earth are they waiting for to arrest this plain as day abuser! What more evidence is needed??? Unbelievable!
Justice needs to be served for this innocent animal. The torture and fear this poor dog encountered is horrific. The abuser who did this, needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law (which isn’t enough) and never should be allowed to own pets of any kind. Animal abuse needs harsher consequences and needs to be upheld

It seems that the Douglas County Sentinel newspaper is the only ones that are running this story and you have to join them to read the whole story – how wrong is this? Don’t understand why the veterinarian(s) didn’t report all these unexplained injuries of dogs at the same address. Why do so much animal abuse continues unreported–even by professionals– until it’s too late?
