You know it was someone in that family. Nobody “steals” a dog and duct tapes and discards it like that. This was not a torture thing this was a gat rid of the dog thing.

So with mouth, eyes and legs being ‘duct taped’ up and not being able to move or hardly breathe, and thrown in a dumpster to die an agonising death is NOT classed as torture then!!!

What more evidence does a DA or a judge need to prosecute and give these POS owners not only jail time, but a hefty monetary fine and community service!! A scumbag that should be punished to the full extent of the law and beyond. Also pay a fine, a contribution to an animal care group, counseling, and never allowed to be NEAR an animal in life. Ducttape the legs and head of the perpetrator(s), and leave them in a dumpster, so they can experience the feelings the animal went through.

I doubt that this prosecution will ever happen – even with all the evidence. Why? Because: (1) “it’s just a dog – who cares?” and (2) DA’s have no backbone when it comes to animal abuse – they are either scared of losing their jobs or just don’t give a damn to enforce the law. It’s only when a child gets abused and its bones/pelvis/etc get broken from beatings or the child dies, that they suddenly pull their fingers out of their ears and realize the potential for good publicity that such a successful prosecution will bring them. But as for animal abuse – they have no backbone.
