How barbaric. No telling what else was done to the poor dog or if it was already deceased when it was hung. I just cannot comprehend why people do things to animals. Go punch a boulder or dig a deep hole if you are frustrated at something but don’t take out your sick pleasures or frustrations on an innocent animal.
