Dog Allegedly Struck by Passing Vehicle Deserves Justice

Target: Karen Heggen, District Attorney of Saratoga County, New York State

Goal: Prosecute those allegedly responsible for the severe injury to the dog in Wilton.

A distressing incident reportedly unfolded on I-87 in Wilton, leading to severe injury to a dog during a dispute. Allegedly, after their car broke down, Guy Chadwick released the dog amidst an argument, resulting in the dog being struck by a passing vehicle. The dog reportedly suffered severe injuries in this tragic event. Jennifer Hagadorn, who was reportedly driving the car with a revoked license due to a prior DWI, apparently walked away, escalating the situation further.

The incident raises serious concerns about the alleged treatment of animals under distressing circumstances. Following the event, further investigation reportedly uncovered additional details that underline the gravity of the situation. Authorities reportedly found controlled substances and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, which not only posed a risk to human occupants but also to the injured animal. The apparent lack of secure environments for both the child and the dog in such a critical moment is deeply troubling.

This situation demands urgent legal intervention. The apparent neglect and reckless behavior displayed by the adults involved in the incident not only resulted in severe harm to a dog but also exposed a child to significant risks. Ensure such acts of alleged negligence are met with appropriate legal repercussions to uphold justice and prevent future occurrences.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Karen Heggen,

We urgently request your attention to a harrowing incident, where a dog was reportedly severely injured after being released during a vehicular breakdown and dispute. This dog, allegedly released into oncoming traffic by Guy Chadwick, suffered severe injuries, a clear indication of neglect and recklessness.

The circumstances leading up to this injury, including the apparent presence of controlled substances and the unsecured state of the car’s occupants, underscore the severity of the alleged negligence. The irresponsible actions of Jennifer Hagadorn and Guy Chadwick have reportedly not only endangered human lives but also inflicted grave harm on an innocent animal.

We implore you to prosecute the alleged offenders to the fullest extent of the law. This case highlights a disturbing disregard for animal welfare and public safety. Our legal system must respond with appropriate measures to prevent such negligence and protect all beings from such reckless endangerment.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Ejohnson says:

Guy needs to be hobbled and left in the wilderness so the “animals” can administer justice and the stupid drunk Jennifer needs to be struck repeatedly with a blunt object

  2. The child should be, at least temporarily, placed in foster care or with a relative and the dog re-homed.
These two should be charged with child endangerment, have to complete a parent reunification plan and never allowed to own another animal as they have demonstrated a level of irresponsibility that is astonishing.
