Stella Deserves Justice: Dog Found Bleeding After Reportedly Brutally Beaten

Target: R.J. Larizza, State Attorney for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, Florida

Goal: Prosecute and prevent further acts of animal cruelty.

Stella, a 5-year-old Tan Chow Mix, reportedly endured severe physical abuse. Residents in DeLand reported witnessing a man attacking Stella, who was tethered to a tree, with sticks and objects. This was apparently in retaliation for scratching a car. Arriving at the scene, officers reportedly found Stella in a dire state, bleeding from her nose, eye, and mouth, and exhibiting apparent signs of distress.

Further distressing details include Stella’s non-aggressive history, despite the evident brutality of her injuries. Officers at the scene noted her labored breathing and the tightly knotted strap around her neck. Nearby, they reportedly found a rock and a beer bottle, both covered in blood, believed to have been used in the beating. This alleged incident is both shocking and heart-wrenching, highlighting the urgent need for strict legal action.

The apparent severity of Stella’s injuries suggests a level of violence that far exceeds any plausible claim of self-defense. This alleged act of cruelty should not go unpunished. Demand a thorough prosecution of the accused and call for stronger enforcement of animal cruelty laws to prevent future incidents.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney R.J. Larizza,

We write to you deeply concerned about a recent incident involving potentially severe animal cruelty in DeLand, FL. Stella, a Tan Chow Mix, was reportedly subjected to a brutal beating, leaving her severely injured. The distressing details of her condition upon discovery and the evidence found at the scene suggest an act of egregious violence that demands your immediate attention.

The facts of this case are deeply troubling: Stella was reportedly found with severe injuries consistent with being beaten with a rock and a beer bottle. Such acts of cruelty betray a lack of humanity and respect for life. It is imperative that these alleged actions are met with a strong legal response to ensure justice for Stella and to deter such behavior in the future.

We urge you to take swift action in this case. Prosecute the accused to the full extent of the law and work towards implementing stricter measures to protect animals from cruelty. Our community looks to you to uphold justice and ensure that such heinous acts are not repeated.

Sincerely,

  1. The law doesn’t serve its purpose. This type of person does incredible harm causing extreme pain and walks away. America is he land of laws but no justice. NONE! This case needs to be investigated and the perp found, then jailed, then tried and when found guilty by a jury of his peers he should go to prison for life. What a bastard! This bully picked on a little dog. This man should be shot so as not to cost society money for his upkeep in prison. I am a tax payer who is fed up with paying my taxes while the rich don’t pay one cent. I care to treat others kindly, human and otherwise. ut I am tired of my dollars going to keep a prisoner fed, and comfortable in prison when he did such harm to another living being.

  2. I think this person should go to prison but not at our expense

  3. LAW ENFORCEMENT DO YOUR JOB OR GET OUT AND LET SOMEONE ELSE

DO THE SAME TREATMENT TO THIS BASTARD AS HE DONE TO THIS INNOCENT DOG

THIS ANIMAL ABUSE WOULD stop IF THESE PEOPLE WOULD BE GIVEN THE SAME TREATMENT THEY GIVE TO THE INNOCENT ANIMALS

  4. forget prison. dig a hole and throw his worthless ass into it.

Atrocious and revolting that this innocent animal (all animals are innocent!!) had to endure this level of brutality and suffering. The perpetrator is a psychopath who must be charged and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law.
