Demand Justice for English Bulldog Reportedly Drowned in Cage Weighed With Rocks

Target: Flynn D. Broady, Jr., District Attorney of Cobb County, Georgia

Goal: Ensure severe legal penalties for the alleged drowning of a bulldog to prevent future animal cruelty.

In July, a distressing incident was reported in Cobb County, where a young English Bulldog was allegedly found drowned at the bottom of the Chattahoochee River, enclosed in a cage weighed down with rocks. This appalling case has sparked outrage and demands for justice. According to authorities, the necropsy results from UGA confirmed that the cause of death was drowning, not merely improper disposal of the body.

The dog, microchipped and identified, led investigators to Timorro Rogo, who is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony. Steve Hammond, Director of Cobb County Animal Services, emphasized the tragedy of this case, noting the high demand for English Bulldogs and the ease with which the dog could have been rehomed through legal and compassionate means. This act’s alleged cruelty highlights a grave disregard for life and the need for stringent legal repercussions to deter such heinous acts in the future.

This case not only illustrates a brutal act of alleged animal cruelty but also underscores a significant societal issue: the need for stronger enforcement of animal welfare laws and community awareness. Ensure that justice is served and set a precedent that animal cruelty will be met to the fullest extent of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Flynn D. Broady, Jr.,

We write to you as concerned citizens and as voices for those who cannot speak for themselves. The recent case of the alleged drowning of a 2-year-old English Bulldog in Cobb County has shocked and deeply disturbed all who have learned of it. This heinous act, involving a defenseless animal allegedly encased in a cage and drowned in the Chattahoochee River, demands not only our attention but swift and decisive legal action.

The details of this case are particularly egregious: the dog’s body was reportedly found at the river’s bottom, trapped inside a cage with rocks weighing it down, ensuring its fate. This methodical preparation suggests a premeditated act of cruelty that is unimaginable to our community’s conscience. We urge you to pursue this case with the seriousness it warrants, applying every legal avenue available to prosecute and penalize the individual allegedly responsible.

We implore you to make this case a priority, sending a clear message that animal cruelty has severe consequences. By enforcing stringent penalties, we can deter future atrocities and foster a community that respects and protects all its members, regardless of species. We trust in your commitment to justice and in your role as an advocate for the voiceless.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Poor baby’s life was ended prematurely. Please ensure that Timorro Rogo gets the harshesh punishments for animal cruelty and murder!

  2. Timorro Rogo deserves to be weighed down with concrete shoes and tossed in the river to drown- that’s justice

  3. Elease M. Bradford says:

I’m so sorry to hear how this poor, innocent fur baby was killed. Timorro Rogo, is a savage, low-down piece of slime and his behavior was despicable and unacceptable. There were other options rather than turning on your pet you had pledged to love and take care of. He needs to be severely punished and banned from being around animals. RIP fur baby and I hope you get justice.

  4. Karma is coming for that POS, there is a special place in Hell for those who harm the innocent… RIP sweet furbaby.. I’m sorry your last moments were at the hands of subhuman slime…

  5. Just when you think it’s bad, it gets worse. America is getting as bad as India for animals. Some people have no resect for animals, who are innocent, and love us. Why? I’ll never know. I also wonder why a man would do this? Why kill? And in this manner? Loading the cage with rocks. What a poor excuse for a human being. And to do this to your own pet. Why not go to the shelter? Inconvenient? So to kill like this is convenient? Is this man a father? If so the kids need to be taken away as this man doesn’t know how to love. This guy will get off but he shouldn’t. He’s accountable and the dog was his! There can be no excuse for his actions. And no excuse for a judge allowing him to walk. Fix our lane justice system.

  6. Im so sick of this crap!!

  7. Torah Wolf says:

I really do hope this person gets sent to prison for a very very long time technically I feel this person should get the death penalty and sit on death row for the rest of their miserable life.

  8. Sherry Akridge says:

Timorro Rogo deserves to be put under the jail. That is pure EVIL! He deserves to stop breathing. He is a monster. A monster that needs to be put away! All these sickos that commit these crimes against animals and then walk free to commit more crimes against animals and people! When will this world wake up?
