Dog Reportedly Chained Without Food or Water and Losing Hair From Severe Skin Infection Deserves Justice

Target: Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz, New York City

Goal: Ensure the alleged abuser is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The shocking discovery of a reportedly severely malnourished and neglected dog in a Far Rockaway apartment has stirred outrage. Allegedly chained to a box without access to food or water, the dog’s dire condition necessitated immediate medical intervention. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz’s office has charged Evadne Harrington with animal abuse in connection with this case, emphasizing the apparently distressing treatment faced by the defenseless animal named Puddin.

Further investigation revealed Puddin’s apparent neglect, evidenced by her emaciated state, skin infections, and hair loss. The conditions she endured, reportedly without the basic necessities of sustenance, highlight a grievous example of alleged animal cruelty. The immediate medical care Puddin received confirmed the urgent need for her rescue and underscored the severity of her alleged neglect.

The recovery and subsequent placement of Puddin in foster care, while a relief, underscores the pressing need for justice and stringent legal measures against those allegedly responsible for such acts of animal cruelty. Prosecute the accused to the fullest extent to ensure such egregious acts of neglect are met with the full force of the law, safeguarding other animals from similar fates.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Melinda Katz,

The case of Puddin, a dog found in a state of reported neglect and malnourishment in a Queens apartment, has brought to light a disturbing instance of alleged animal cruelty that demands your immediate attention. The details emerging from this case, involving the dog allegedly chained without food or water, suffering from skin infections and hair loss, are deeply troubling. They not only reveal the suffering seemingly endured by Puddin but also highlight a broader issue of animal neglect that requires urgent legal action.

The charges brought against Evadne Harrington for overdriving, torturing, injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance, and failure to provide proper food and drink to an impounded animal represent a step towards accountability. However, this case must be pursued with the utmost diligence to ensure that justice is served. The alleged actions that led to Puddin’s condition are a clear violation of the trust and care animals should rightfully expect from humans. Such alleged neglect should not only be condemned but also met with stringent legal repercussions to deter future occurrences.

We urge you to prosecute the accused to the fullest extent of the law, reflecting the seriousness of the allegations and the importance of protecting vulnerable animals from such egregious acts of cruelty. A strong message must be sent that animal abuse will not be tolerated and that those found guilty of such acts will face significant legal consequences.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

    • Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law many of these submissions say!! There is NO FULLEST extent of the law.
All it is is a load of bollox as the so – called law just could not give a ‘toss’ about animal torture!
What these pricks should be doing is giving out a sentence that fits the crime. But they WILL NOT because it is against the bastard perps human rights so would no doubt sue the courts for upsetting his or her day!!
Just a load of balls whereby the ‘ legal eagles’ make pots of money from an animal abuse case if it ever got to court that is!!
It seems like the bastard perps name and address is known so hopefully the sod could have a visit from one or more animal protection groups and be given a serious talking to. Sorry, nearly forgot, with the aid of several baseball bats or similar of course. Just to let her know that what she did will NOT be tolerated !!

But really she should never again see the light of day. Chain her up and just forget about this vile monster.

Please don’t let what happened to this little angel dog named Puddin get swept under the carpet. That kind of unnecessary suffering should NOT go without consequences!! It is time to punish horrific actions accordingly.
