This poor dog. A devil person found the dog and then made it suffer beyond imagination by shooting it in the head and then the throat. I try to understand but this escapes any understanding. Who would deliberately shoot a dog in the head and then in the throat all the while realizing it had been hurt by another animal. Talk about kicking a being when they are down. I think this guy feels he won’t be caught or have to pay anything. He needs to be found. He needs to pay for the damage he did to this dog. He must work on a chain gang, if there is one, to pay for the medical needs this dog must have. He did this injury and must take responsibility for his accountability! It was his decision to harm this dog. A miracle happened and hopefully the dog will prosper but hopefully this man will not! He deserves nothing. Not even a kind word.
Make sure the wicked, psychotic culprit is found and given a PROPER punishment,preferably down a dark road with a baseball bat, then leave the carcass to rot in the gutter. Lets have justice for this innocent dog.
