Puppy Reportedly Mauled on Camera by Other Dogs Deserves Justice

Target: Broward State Attorney Harold F. Pryor

Goal: Ensure legal accountability in case of puppy allegedly attacked by other dogs and left to suffer without medical care.

Recent events in Hollywood, FLA., have sparked outrage and a call for justice. An eight-month-old puppy named Hildy reportedly became the victim of a brutal mauling by other dogs. This alleged incident was not only captured on video but also reportedly involved a lack of intervention from the puppy’s owner, leading to severe injuries. Allegations have surfaced against Jonathan Corraliza, 38, accused of failing to provide necessary aid during and after the attack, an act of alleged animal cruelty.

Neighbors and onlookers describe the sounds of Hildy’s pain as excruciating, a testimony to the severity of the apparent assault she underwent. The police’s issuance of an arrest warrant for Corraliza underscores the gravity of the allegations. Hildy’s journey to recovery was arduous, spanning over a month in hospital care, highlighting the alleged neglect and cruelty she suffered. Her resilience in the face of such alleged adversity has become a rallying point for those advocating for animal rights and justice.

The necessity for legal action in this case cannot be overstated. Hildy’s story sheds light on a broader issue of animal welfare and the responsibility of pet owners to protect and care for their animals. This petition seeks not only to bring Corraliza to account for his alleged inaction but also to set a precedent for the treatment of animals and the legal obligations of their caretakers. Demand swift, decisive legal action against those allegedly responsible for Hildy’s suffering, ensuring that such cruelty is met with appropriate consequences.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Broward State Attorney Harold F. Pryor,

The recent case of Hildy, an eight-month-old puppy reportedly left to suffer after a brutal mauling in Hollywood, FLA., has brought to light a deeply concerning issue of alleged animal cruelty and negligence. Captured on video, the severity of Hildy’s ordeal and the apparent inaction of her owner, Jonathan Corraliza, demand our urgent attention and action. This case not only highlights the immediate need for justice for Hildy but also underscores the broader implications for animal welfare and the responsibilities of pet ownership.

The allegations against Corraliza, including a failure to intervene or seek medical assistance for Hildy, reflect a grievous breach of the duty of care owed to animals. The distress voiced by neighbors, coupled with the extensive medical treatment required to save Hildy, illustrates the alleged severity of neglect and cruelty involved. Our legal system must respond with the full weight of the law to address and deter such alleged acts of cruelty.

We, therefore, urge you to take swift and decisive legal action against Jonathan Corraliza for his alleged role in this case of animal cruelty. Our community must see a strong stance against such alleged negligence and cruelty, reinforcing the message that animal welfare is a serious legal and moral responsibility. Let Hildy’s case be a turning point in our commitment to protecting the vulnerable and voiceless among us.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

This coward should be given the maximum of over 5 years in jail, this poor puppy endured such harsh living already then to be neglected by the person who is supposed to be responsible for you. I feel so bad for this puppy, if I say what I would do to this low life piece of filth my comment would be banned and not submitted BUT I can say let him know what it feels like to be attacked by two larger than him size inmates and see him flopping on the floor like a fish in pain for me to just walk over him and spit on him and kick him to the side!

  2. Frances Luevano says:

the person who did this should have the same thing happen to him

  3. the jackass that did this needs to spend time in a cage with a grizzly bear so he can experience what the pup did. If he survives he can pay for all the expenses for the pup he tortured and spend 7 years in prison as animal cruelty is a FELONY>
Why didn’t the onlookers stop this?

  4. These cowards have hearts from hell. They better get used to it! Pure EVIL.
They have special places for people like this👹

  5. I want an update on this! Who the heck would do this to a beautiful pup? Sick psychos out there..neighbours onlookers did nothing…bats, sticks, get creative to save this poor dogs life. I hope this dog has an happy and recovers..The psycho that that hurt this puppy should get life and beaten in jaill,as a dog owner i can’t imagine anyone hurting a dog,I never ever raised my voice to my own dog NOR did I EVER hurt her!!

  6. Karen Giammarco says:

The owner of the puppy, and ALL humans involved and whoever witnessed this attack and did not intervene – YOU ALL NEED TO BE CHARGED!!! I have a better idea, all of you need to be mauled by those dogs; you need to all die.

  7. No animal deserves to be the victim of DEHUMANIZED and DESENSITIZED SADISTIC PSYCHOPATHS!!! Crimes committed against defenseless animals are increasingly GROTESQUE because the punishment for animal abuse is not severe enough, and in many cases does not exist. A slap on the wrist is a MOCKERY of animal victims. This satanic pathological monster must be severely punished, MAX JAIL or DEATH PENALTY! He must also be forbidden from coming near animals ever again.
SET a PRECEDENT, and punish to the full extent of the law!

  8. Again, why didn’t someone intervene? It got recorded by someone, why didn’t they help the baby dog?? That bastard Corraliza needs to beat with a steel bat and then spend the rest of his worthless life in jail, hopefully with an animal loving cell mate! Poor little puppy, may he heal and recover and go to a loving home 🩷🩷

    Kill this piece of shit

  10. Jason Todd Gonzalez says:

I hate saying things of the same nature but god I wish they would let lions maul this guy for what he did. I hate these type of people that do these things to these poor animals. There’s babies have no idea what’s happening to them. My soul hurts every time I read about cruelty like this

  11. Please hang this POS by his d*ck. Then throw him in prison. Scum of the earth….

  12. Allison Winters says:

This POS should be mailed by a pack of wolves for letting this happen to a sweet puppy. What is wrong with the monsters who recorded it too?? Maximum punishment still isn’t enough!!!

  13. This POS is on the run, Authorities can’t find him. Remove him from the planet. Wasted space.

  14. Someone needs to find that asshole & let him be mauled by a few animal lovers! Who gets a puppy & then stands there & watch the poor baby be mauled? This asshole deserves some real pain!! Stay strong Hildy we are fighting for you.

  15. give him plenty of time in jail

  16. I hope the sweet little pup recovers both physically and mentally. No animal deserves to be treated horrifically for the entertainment of sick individuals like this. Shame the person filming this too

There aren’t many words except…… an eye for and eye!

  17. Stephanie Geyser says:

Why can’t scum like Jonathan Corraliza (a pathetic excuse for a human being) get PROPER jobs, to earn PROPER money – instead of abusing animals in dog fights, to earn their wages? He is just a pathetic loser, who thinks he is just SOOOOO butch. I’d say: sentence him to be mauled to death by his own fighting dogs. He must use his hands to fight them – they can use their teeth. It should be an interesting fight. And good riddance to bad rubbish, once he is dead.

  18. Those monsters who organise this type of filthy events should be punished publicly.

  19. Ricarda Voss says:

    Death penalty, please!!!

  20. Animal cruelty laws need to be changed & more severe.
Anyone arrested, charged and convicted should get a minimum
10 year prison sentence to be served in full w/ no parole, and mental evaluation every 2 years. After release, no contact with any animals for at least 5 years and put on a national registry for animal abusers. Treat them like pedophiles.
