It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach to read about the pain this cat suffered. The evil man that did this needs to be found and put in prison. People that abuse animals seem to get off with a slap on the hand. Make an example of this man. Give him harsh punishment, so others think twice about following in his footsteps.
