Terrified Pomeranian Reportedly Thrown From Second Floor Deserves Justice

Target: Dong Soo Lee, Prosecutor of the Seoul Northern District Court

Goal: Punish individual responsible for a Pomeranian’s tragic injuries to set a precedent against animal cruelty.

In South Korea, a shocking incident has left a community rattled. A Pomeranian, an innocent animal, was allegedly thrown from the second floor of a building. This egregious act reportedly resulted in severe spinal and nervous system injuries, paralyzing the dog’s hind legs. Such a disturbing scenario highlights the need for a rigorous response to animal cruelty.

Further details reveal the gravity of this situation. Allegedly, the perpetrator, a man in his 30s, nonchalantly tossed the dog and returned home, as if discarding an inanimate object. This brazen disregard for life starkly contrasts with the compassion of the witnesses, who rushed the injured animal to receive emergency care. The court’s response, a fine, seems disproportionate to the alleged act’s cruelty, especially given the escalating animal abuse cases in South Korea.

The pressing need for justice in this case is clear. The reported act not only inflicted physical harm but also symbolized a disturbing lack of empathy and respect for life. Demand a revision of the sentence to include stricter punitive measures.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Dong Soo Lee,

In light of the recent incident involving a Pomeranian in South Korea, it’s imperative to address the severity of this case. Reportedly, a man in his 30s committed a heinous act against an innocent animal, causing life-altering injuries. Such alleged cruelty cannot be overlooked or minimally punished if we are to uphold a standard of compassion and justice in our society.

The details of this case are particularly unsettling. Throwing a living, feeling being from a height is an act that showcases a disturbing level of apathy. The contrast between the alleged perpetrator’s actions and the witness’s immediate response to save the dog is stark. This incident is not just about one animal; it’s indicative of a broader issue of rising animal cruelty in the country. A more stringent response is necessary to prevent such acts from becoming normalized.

We urge you to reconsider the punishment handed out in this case. The current fine seems inadequate for the gravity of the alleged offense. We seek a sentence that not only addresses the harm done to this particular animal but also serves as a deterrent to potential future offenders. Our society must send a clear message that animal cruelty is unacceptable and will be met with serious legal consequences.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Evil disgusting coward..All abusers will burn in hell, every .single.one

    • Totally agree. There has to be an appropriate punishment for them somewhere, as we all know they will never be punished on this earth. They should remember they have to meet their Maker eventually and account for all their actions and burning in Hell for eternity sounds just right to me.

      • No disrespect but i want justice for all abused animals on EARTH.

        • That’s what we all want, Gilda, but, as you know, it’s just never going to happen while we have idiots in charge of dealing with these vile animal torturers. That is, of course, unless a few vigilantes get out there and give them what they deserve. Meanwhile, it’s some comfort to know they will get EXACTLY what they deserve when they leave this world for the next….

          • What this and other animal torturing bastards need to know is what SERIOUS pain is all about long before they leave the world.
It would not surprise me if the bastards are ‘popped-up and full of drugs as many of these pricks are!
A painful death to all of these animal torturing scumbags the world over.
            J,W.

Someone there please just kill that monster! That monster is a danger to animals, and people, everywhere!! He must suffer and die a thousand torturous deaths and be damned to hell!!!
We are enraged!! We MUST take a stand against this sick and depraved treatment of such innocent animals!! Death to that rotten bastard!!

  2. I like to throw this fucking worthless human off a cliff

  3. Evil lives among us poor little sweet dog fking horrendous he needs thrown off a roof

  4. I don’t know for sure but I doubt if South Korea is an animal friendly country. They eat dogs and cats so that should tell you something about them.

  5. THROW THAT MONSTER ALSO FROM THE SECOND FLOOR OR BETTER FROM THE 10 TH FLOOR. HE DOESN’T DESERVE BETTER.

  6. This is horrifying and this creature needs the same done to him. I would record it and watch it repeatedly while having some popcorn.

  7. Someone throw him over a balcony.

  8. PROSECUTE THIS SCUMBAG TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL THROW HIM OFF OF A 10 FOOT BUILDING. MAYBE HE SHOULD JUST DANGLE FROM THE TOP INDEFINITELY.

    AMEN!!

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH… RITA VAN EECKENRODE
“THROW THAT MONSTER ALSO FROM THE SECOND FLOOR OR BETTER FROM THE 10 TH FLOOR. HE DOESN’T DESERVE BETTER.” !!!!
Extremely “DANGEROUS BEING” MUST NOT EVER WALK FREE AGAIN !!

  11. This person is a mentally-deranged sadistic psychopath. What he did to this innocent dog is unspeakable cruelty that must be severely punished with many years in prison. No animal deserves such horrifying abuse. This monster must be imprisoned and forbidden from coming near animals ever again. He should also cover all veterinary costs resulting from this horrific abuse.
Punishment for animal abuse should be extremely severe! Animals are like children and shall not be VICTIMS of DEHUMANIZED MONSTERS!!! MAX JAIL for this Satan!
SET a PRECEDENT and PUNISH to the FULL EXTENT of the LAW!

  12. Sally Grantwho fo not come forwRd, yoi are just ad guilty! May you rot in hell!! says:

Throw this piece of shit over the 2nd floor balcony and walk away. Why waste Korean,s tax payers money keeping him in jail. An eye for an eye and a tooth for tooth. He is a wast bof space!!

  13. South Korean men must be cowards if such animal abuse is a problem. Even their justice system seems to defend these cowardly men who without any regard will take an innocent and defenseless animal and cause bodily harm to them so severe that they are either killed or paralyzed. Real men and responsible leaders would make sure to pass down stiff penalties and consequences to anyone who abuses an animal.

  14. Margaret Strane says:

Do the same to that monster. Its that simple.

  15. The pos that did this should of been tossed of the balcony right after.

  16. Uncommon Sensesc says:

Until the world starts exacting true justice (i.e. immediately killing all animal abusers/killers), these evil, horrible things will keep happening. This just enrages me and I’d love to be the administrator of true justice!

  17. Would love to throw this gook off the World Trade Center

  18. Unfortunately the same holds true here in the USA. Many documented and undocumented cases of animal abuse and horrific injuries and death occur daily. Most innocent victims see no justice for this inhuman cruelty

  19. The appropriate action is DEATH for this piece of shit of human waste!!! Prayers for the dog 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
