This man is unworthy to ever have an animal again or even be near an animal for the rest of his life. e is a danger to society. He is a danger to kids. This is a frightening man who needs to her charged and prosecuted in a court of law. He also needs to pay the vet bills for this 12 week old puppy as well as all vet and other cost for this puppy. Acquiring acid and pouring it over anything (child, adult, animal, etc) clearly shows pre-palling and INTENT to SERIOUSLY HARM the innocent victim. So a successful prosecution should be relatively easy, and a HARSH punishment should be handed down to the perpetrator, to teach him/her a lesson that they will remember.
