Goal: Give man appropriate prison sentence if found guilty of chaining up his dog and making him live inside a shed.
A Siberian Husky named Justice was allegedly found roaming the streets with a metal chain stuck inside his neck. The injury was reportedly so severe, the chain had to be surgically removed. Emanuel Pizarro-Boria was finally arrested in connection with the incident after a four-month search and has been charged with animal cruelty, allowing the dog to freely roam, and not getting Justice a rabies shot. Officers concluded that the animal not only remained chained up while in Pizzaro-Boria’s care, but also that the dog was kept by himself inside a shed.
Luckily, Justice survived and is currently in a much better state. However, it is important that the suspect be given the harshest prison sentence possible and that he further no longer be allowed to have pets if he is found guilty of this horrific neglect and abuse. Sign this petition to demand Justice get the justice he deserves if it is found these allegations are true.

Dear State’s Attorney Platt,
Police arrested Emanuel Pizarro-Boria after his dog was allegedly found running around the area with a chain sticking out of his neck. It was further reported that the chain had to be surgically removed. The person suspected of this crime needs to be held accountable to the highest extent of the law, if he is found guilty.
Authorities named the dog Justice in the hopes that they could locate whoever harmed the animal. After a four-month search, they finally found and arrested Pizarro-Boria. According to officers, the poor dog had been living permanently chained up inside a shed for an indefinite amount of time. Fortunately, Justice is now recovering and will be able to be adopted once the case is over. However, if Pizarro-Boria is found guilty and receives a light sentence, he will likely continue to abuse and neglect innocent animals. I therefore demand you suggest he receive the maximum prison sentence allowed and that you further insist he not be legally able to keep animals in his possession if it is found he is responsible for Justice’s fate, to hopefully make sure he will not be able to harm more animals.

I so agree. I have a Husky and could never imagine doing any harm to her. They are the sweetest dogs ever and love to hear them talk to you.
The only way these animals are going to get justice is if we, the people, the animal protectors, begin to form alliances around the world to deal with these shitbags as the weak and useless laws, these absolute waste of spaces will not!
It would save thousands and thousands of pounds (taxpayers money )

All dogs and cats are our children, our family! You wouldn’t do this to your child! Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and NEVER allow this pos to own, adopt or be in close vicinity of ANY other animal for the remainder of his disgusting life!!!
Maximum punishment pleas. Also, a lifetime ban is needed: from owning, caring for, possessing, and from residing in any house where ANY animal is present.
He/she/they need to forfeit any animals currently in his possession, and also pay back costs for all veterinary care if applicable. Let’s be serious about saving animals’ lives. Thank you.

I am not a seriously religious person although I ‘do’ know some of the bible chapters.
This inspired me to write an animal poem that I would like to share with all who submit here. If anyone likes it please feel free to copy or whatever as there is no copy-write.
If it lightens the load for the sake of animals and creatures across the world then I will be more than happy.
Realistic Thoughts
God’s animals and creatures,
Are with us every day,
Although it’s sad to say,
Our needs are mostly for ourselves
Not theirs, but then who cares-
We work them, beat them,
Kill and eat them,
No thoughts or feelings for their plight,
Then off to Church we go and kneel in prayer,

I’m so sorry this happened to Justice. Emanuel Pizarro-Boria’s neglect and abuse of Justice is inexcusable. He needs to be punished. I wish Justice a speedy recovery and hope he gets justice.
Thankfully this poor dog survived this whole ordeal. Being left in a shed was bad enough but to allow a chain to embed in his neck shows that Pizarro-Boria didn’t care one iota about Justice. Now we want to see justice for Justice and that includes a lifetime ban on ever owning any other animals!
