For starters, this person needs to get arrested, do time & also should get felony charges. It’s sickening how people get away with so much abuse & killings towards defenseless animals. We, the people need to be their defense. It’s NOT ok to abuse/kill an animal. But I also feel that people need to STOP allowing their pets out of the house. I see this alot. They allow their pets to roam outside & that’s how they get hurt. If it’s your domesticated pet, keep it indoors. They don’t live in the jungle.

That individual chose, without provocation, to inflict horrific pain, disfigurement, and death to a defenseless animal.
