Hungry Horse Impaled on Fence Deserves Justice

Target: Mr. Swapan Debnath, Minister-in-Charge of the Animal Resources Development Department, West Bengal, India

Goal: Demand a thorough investigation into reported impaling, suffering, and death of a horse.

A two-year-old horse was reportedly impaled on a fence while searching for food, resulting in the animal’s death. The horse allegedly suffered a large wound on its stomach, leading to the spilling out of its intestines. This deeply disturbing incident not only caused immense suffering to the innocent animal but also posed a risk to human life, endangering pedestrians and vehicular traffic.

PETA-India alleges that despite seeking assistance from the state animal resource development department to treat the injured horse, no veterinarian was dispatched to the site. As a result, the horse was reportedly transported to a veterinary hospital approximately 10 km away without receiving any sedatives, exacerbating its suffering.

The incident highlights the urgent need to address animal welfare and negligence issues in the region. Sign below and demand a comprehensive investigation to identify those responsible for the alleged mistreatment of the horse and ensure that appropriate legal consequences are imposed.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. Swapan Debnath,

A horse was reportedly impaled on a fence while in search of food, leading to the spilling of its intestines and eventual death. PETA claims that that medical treatment came too little and too late for this poor animal. Negligence leading to such extreme suffering and endangering public safety is unacceptable and must be met with accountability.

We call upon you to enforce and strengthen animal welfare laws and regulations in West Bengal, ensuring that alleged incidents of cruelty and neglect are met with the full force of the law. It is crucial to create a robust framework that safeguards the welfare of animals and holds those responsible for such acts of cruelty accountable.

The incident at the Kolkata Maidan has deeply saddened animal lovers and advocates for justice worldwide. As an authority on animal resources development, you have the power to institute necessary reforms and send a clear message that animal welfare is a priority in West Bengal.

We demand transparency, accountability, and an immediate commitment to preventing similar incidents in the future. By taking swift and decisive action, we can demonstrate our dedication to upholding the rights and welfare of animals in our society.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  3. That country like all the other countries don’t deserve to own any kind of animals and that excludes the USA to cause they are just as bad as any other country

  4. YOU KNOW BETTER THAN THIS. IT IS A SHAMEFUL, DISGUSTING WAY FOR AN ANIMAL TO HAVE SUFFERED LIKE THIS AND YOU KNOW IT!!
INDIA, THE SPIRITUAL HEART OF THIS EARTH….WELL SORT THIS OUT!!

Unbelievable to know this poor horse was not helped or given pain medicine, thinking about how the horse suffered is sickening. I’m sure lots of neglect and cruelty cases are rampant in most countries. Governments seem to believe animal cruelty is not a priority. I speak for the voiceless.

  9. Tamela Bare says:

If you’re not a male, your life means nothing. A female born in India goes through hell. But, an animal means even less. I’ve never seen such cruelty to a living being as it is in Asia and the Middle East. May Karma introduce itself to every abuser and those guilty of these crimes and they are crimes. May they never outrun Karma and may they feel every pain they caused their innocent victims. Hell May even be too good for them if that is possible.

  10. Is it just me or are the reasons for these petitions getting worse and worse?? Impaled horse, decapitated cats, dogs hanging from trees, all kinds of horror movie fodder! What’s happening? I feel like we’re descending into an Eli Roth movie

  11. “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by how its animals are treated.” Mahatma Gandhi

India is hell on earth for animals and women. Fix it. And hold those monsters who starved that poor, desperate horse fully accountable for his untimely, gruesome, and inconceivably torturous death. Do not as allow such evil!

  12. Sharon Rudyk says:

IF JUSTICE SYSTEMS ALL OVER THE WORLD DO NOT START TO TAKING THIS HORRIFIC HUMAN BEHAVIOR VERY SERIOULSY, SOMEONE WILL!!!! HAMANS DO NOT GET TP PLUNDER RAPE AND PILLAGE WITHOUT PAYING THE PRICE….YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE!!!!!

  13. How shameful that this poor horse didn’t even get something for what had to be excruciating pain. First of all you need to investigate why this even happened and second why was no one sent to help him. Shame on you!!

  14. DO WITH THAT MONSTER OF A HUMAN THE SAME THING AS HE DID TO THAT POOR HORSE. THAT IS NOT A HUMAN ANYMORE BUT ALSO A MONSTER.

TOTALLY AGREE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LESS THAN HUMAN BEINGS SICK PHYCOPATHS ALL AND ANY ANIMAL ABUSERS NEED TO BE EXACUTED!!!

  15. Third world countries, which USA is rapidly becoming, don’t give a crap about animal welfare. Expect to see more of this everywhere and it’s already happening in USA. Horses are increasingly becoming a meat source and a lot of sick f’*ks are increasingly buying them up in the USA and sending to Mexico and Canada for horrific slaughter, so you think this one instance in India is bad, it’s getting bad everywhere. Climate making it hard to feed livestock, expect to see humans getting rid of their livestock for money made from meat. Can’t feed their horses now and sell them to kill buyers to go to slaughter. Evil and sick, poor horses.

  16. Maria Lavorato says:

This poor innocent angel suffered a needless horrific end. I am so sorry sweet boy that no one came to help you…
Someone needs to be held accountable and punished to the maximum!.

‘No veterinarian’ responded!?!?!?!?!??! BECAUSE THEY ARE SOULLESS!

No being should be completely disregarded like this.

INDIA…these are your sweet animals that God entrusted you with! FIND YOUR COMPASSION AND SOUL. CORRECT EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR VOID OF COMPASSION SYSTEM. ANIMALS ARE ONE OF YOUR GREATEST TREASURES ….WHO HAVE WORKED ENDLESSLY AND SELFLESSLY FOR YOU!!!!

YOU WILL ALL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AT SOME POINT! AND I PRAY IT IS EVERY BIT AS PAINFUL AS THE END OF THIS LITTLE YOUNG 2 YEAR OLD’S LIFE!! YOU ARE ALL TRASH!

  17. They don’t have a problem with gang rape. What makes you think they care for animals.

  18. Uncommon Sensesc says:

Asia and the Middle East are hell on earth for innocent animals. I think Asia will single-handedly drive a lot of species to extinction due to their way outdated beliefs of virility, medicine, etc. These countries have no concept of caring for and about animals. I hope everyone involved in this poor horse’s suffering and death suffer a slow and painful death – and I’d like it to come within a week.

  19. Harsh punishment to those who committed this terrible crime.
Disgusting monsters don’t deserve to walk on this Earth.

  20. Vengeance forAnimals says:

India a third world shit hole ,allows unspeakable suffering of animals .Shame on them and other countries who do nothing
