Upon arrival, they discovered two dogs in pitiful conditions, allegedly severely emaciated and living in deplorable conditions. 24 hours cn not do the damage to these dogs as the condition they were found in. I appreciate the person who reported this situation. A person capable of this torture to 2 dogs can not be trusted with any dogs, or pets for the remainder of his life. He doesn’t deserve the devotion and love. Until we band together and demand that our lawmakers( and those who are supposed to uphold the laws )stop letting abusers off and get serious about punishments and animal contact bans this won’t stop.
