Dog Allegedly Beaten With a Leather Belt Deserves Justice

Target: Mr. John J. Flynn, Erie County District Attorney in New York, United States

Goal: Take immediate action and ensure a thorough prosecution of Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek for animal cruelty charges following their alleged mistreatment of a dog.

The Erie County District Attorney’s office has announced that two former University of Buffalo football players, Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek, are facing charges of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals, as well as a misdemeanor charge of failure to provide proper sustenance.

According to the attorney’s office, on the night of June 13, Hiligh and Pilarcek allegedly beat a dog under their care and custody with a leather belt. This abhorrent act of alleged cruelty occurred inside an apartment in the town of Amherst, New York, and a video of the alleged incident was shared on social media.

Animal cruelty is a grave offense that goes against ethical principles and the laws protecting the welfare of animals. The alleged actions of Hiligh and Pilarcek demonstrate a complete lack of empathy and disregard for the well-being of a defenseless animal. Demand immediate action.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. John J. Flynn,

We, the undersigned, are writing to express our profound shock and outrage regarding the reported incident of animal cruelty involving Blake Hiligh and Zach Pilarcek, two former University of Buffalo football players. The alleged mistreatment of a dog under their care and custody is deeply distressing and demands swift and thorough legal action.

As the Erie County District Attorney, we implore you to prioritize this case and ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted. It is imperative to gather all available evidence, interview witnesses, and present a strong case against Hiligh and Pilarcek for their alleged acts of animal cruelty.

The mistreatment of animals is not only a violation of ethical standards, but also a criminal offense. We urge you to prosecute Hiligh and Pilarcek to the fullest extent of the law if found guilty. It is crucial to send a clear message that acts of animal cruelty will not be tolerated within the jurisdiction of New York and it not only inflicts physical harm, but also reflects a disturbing mindset that poses a threat to society at large.

By taking decisive action in prosecuting Hiligh and Pilarcek, you will not only deliver justice for the innocent animal, but also demonstrate that New York prioritizes the well-being and protection of its vulnerable creatures.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

The best part of those BIG ….. BRAVE MEN….. rolled down their OLD MAN’S KEG

  2. What sorry POS’s. The University of Buffalo should revoke their diploma’s (IF they received them). Just more idolized football players being scum!!

I totally agree with you and also they should never never own any kind of animals in the future… they should carry like “animal offender”

Football players releasing their manhood/strength on defenseless dog. Check their background for drugs/alcohol, additional charges. They were probably under the influence. Charge them and sentence to jail time and never allow them to have or be near dogs/pets/animals. Hope they experience ,while in jail, the same pain, abuse they inflicted on the defenseless dog.

  4. Ashley Swinney says:

My shit-bag neighbor does this to his dogs and nobody seems to care other than me. Cops do absolutely nothing just like the other neighbors. Cowards.

  5. Animal abusers require immediate instigation of the death penalty and nothing less.

  6. Once again it is the strong men who do harm to the innocent. This is the way they prove their manhood? These bullies take out on the innocent their grave disappointment with themselves. It’s unacceptable. Our laws support the viscous not the innocent. The laws must change but so far, nothing. When such people realize they might be sent to prison, fined an amount for which they will have to take out loans, the loss of their residence and harm their own families these atrocious actions to innocent animals may be limited to the few not to the many. Until abusers realize there will be hell to pay they won’t stop. They are mentally injured people yet tough laws will make these horrid displays far less frequent.

  7. The death penalty is the only thing that will stop this animal abusee. All of these fuckers deserve this – nothing else is good enough and will ever end the abuse – just put a bullet between their god damn eyes and good bye – good riddance.

  8. A couple of cowards hurting an animal. Candy ass bitches!! If they were real men they would help the animals!! To quote Wendy O, ” you ain’t nothing but a shit stain on the panties of life”.

  9. Barbara S says:

Bring back the public punishment of this kind of monsters and do the same to them only aim the whip/belt to the most private parts of these so called men

  10. Why isn’t this surprising? Hall of fame candidate Mike Vick, a notorious animal abuser, is honored by his peers despite all the dogs he tortured and killed. Great role model, right? These footballers are no different and probably won’t get more than a fine and a little scolding. Shame on the NFL for prioritizing glory and power ahead of ethics and morals.

  11. TORTURE THE COCKSUCKING PUSSIES!!! 💪🇺🇲 RENEE CARIGLIA

  12. Maria X. Carbonell says:

This ‘beautiful’ world is unfortunately full of horrible sadist people that should never be around animals. What is going on in these people’s lives that they do this is the bigger question.

  13. Patricia Schwarzmann says:

I don’t understand why there aren’t stricter laws regarding animal abuse – especially when establishing prison sentences and heavy fines for all cowards who mistreat innocent beings for pleasure or to get rid of them. And I wonder if the people in charge of passing sentences think – ah, it was just an animal after all!
