Texas has a real animal abuse problem as well as an above and beyond number of abandoned pets/animals. If the judicial system in Texas would take just one minute to actively prosecute and punish these cowards we would see a lot less of this crap. Texas should look very close at the laws and horrible animal cruelty that just goes rampant. Make sure that John C. Schafer receives punishment that fits the crime. This person is dangerous to animals and humans alike and needs to be dealt with as such.
John C. Schafer must be charged and sentenced to jail time for his animal cruelty crime , must pay for all veterinary costs and never be allowed to have dogs/pets/animals. MR Sims can easily effect all 3 actions, They are all within the law. Hope that John C. Shaffer suffers, unequivocally, the same abuse, pain in jail that he inflicted on Zander.
