Goal: Punish kennel owner accused of neglecting and starving 23 animals to the fullest extent, if she is found guilty.
A Tennessee man entrusted his dog, Tilly, to a kennel operator. By the time he got his beloved canine back, she had reportedly lost ten pounds and bore visible scars. If allegations against kennel owner Amanda Klapp prove true, Tilly may have been one of the lucky ones.
Authorities visited the kennel after a different pet parent contacted them because of an inability to reach Klapp. When they arrived, they came upon disturbing sites. Several dogs were allegedly being kept in deplorable conditions, and most of the animals appeared emaciated. One cage reportedly contained a deceased dog, and another animal who had passed away was allegedly buried on the premises.
Klapp now faces 23 counts of animal cruelty. Sign the petition below to demand justice in the event of a conviction.

Dear Mr. Davidson,
Twenty-three innocent animals, including two deceased dogs, allegedly endured agony at a local kennel. Nearly two dozen families entrusted suspect Amanda Klapp with their beloved pets, and Klapp reportedly violated this trust in the worst way. She stands accused of neglecting and starving the animals, up to the point of death. The families are rightfully outraged, and they—along with the reported animal victims—deserve justice.
Please prosecute this case to the fullest extent and seek maximum charges for a woman who allegedly repeatedly and criminally abandoned her duty of care.

Klapp needs to be “clapped” into confinement. No way is she even close to being a kennel owner and no way should she get out of being punished for her treatment of these dogs.

Same here!! I have a family member to take care of my cat if needed. Or a friend from a volunteer animal rescue i volunteer with. My cat is my family.
Why in the hell can’t we get some stronger laws to protect the innocent! Not sure theses petitions do any good but we really do need to fight for the furbabies in our life’s & in shelters & rescues!!
This monster is obviously in the WRONG business! She must be held accountable and prosecuted to the max for the abuse and neglect of animals in her care…perhaps a mandatory jail sentence and permanent banning from ever being allowed around another animal in her lifetime, @ the very least would be appropriate, and serve as a warning to others that animal crimes like this, will not be tolerated!
