The principles of justice necessitate appropriate punishment for those who engage in acts of cruelty towards animals. Until animal abusers are HARSHLY punished, they will continue to commit heinous crimes against animals. Personally, I think a bullet between their eyes is too good for them. Animals need US to be their advocates for justice! The scum that torture, starve, beat, discard dogs that would give their lives, and have, for their families and in defense of humans. Why did this POS acquire a dog?
