This POS is the lowest depth of misery. Why is he free? Why is he still abusing this dog most likely and will continue to do so. Why are the state and govt laws so lean on these types of barbaric and vile crimes? The judges who bypass these crimes with little to no penalties are just as guilty.
Karma always finds evil. If you are reading this perp please set the dog free outdoors so that he has a chance at a better life. Your bad karma will lessen if you leave animals alone. The only effective way I know to combat cruelty , is to join , support PeTA , the most effective powerful Animal Rights and Welfare Organization in the World. . They have offered a reward in this case . Demand stronger laws which are acted on by the Police , use the power of the vote . And adopt animals from shelters , don’t encourage breeders .
I’ll keep saying it. I appreciate the effort with these petitions but a piece of paper isn’t going to change things. I’m willing to bet most of the places that receive them throw them out.
