Man Allegedly Kicks and Beats Horse While Preparing for End of the World: Demand Punishment

Target: Coweta County District Attorney’s Office, District Attorney Pete Skandalakis
Goal: Hold man accountable for the alleged cruelty inflicted upon his horse by imposing strict legal penalties.

In a harrowing incident that has shocked the community, a Coweta County man named Kenneth Bullard was reportedly recorded beating his horse with a stick and kicking it while preparing for an alleged apocalyptic event. Eyewitnesses claim Bullard was also heard stating he was “getting this horse ready for the end of the world.” The situation escalated when deputies were called to the scene, where they reportedly discovered the horse injured, featuring welts on its neck and blood coming from its snout. Such gruesome acts of purported animal abuse demand urgent attention and appropriate legal repercussions.

Following the 911 call, body camera footage reportedly revealed Bullard’s alarming behavior as he resisted deputies’ instructions and continued to clutch a stick used in the attack. Authorities further uncovered that he had apparently been keeping the horse in a basement that resembled less of a suitable living area for the animal and more of a neglected barn, complete with hay and manure. Fortunately, the horse was rescued and removed from these  conditions, now under the care of Bullard’s family. However, the alleged threats Bullard made to continue this abuse if released raise significant concerns about the safety and welfare of animals in his vicinity.

This petition calls for serious legal action to ensure that Kenneth Bullard receives an appropriate sentence for the reported acts of cruelty. It is essential to reinforce that such alleged behavior is unacceptable within our society and must not be tolerated. As a community that values the humane treatment of all living beings, it is imperative to demand justice for the horse and to prevent any potential recurrence of such appalling actions.

PETITION LETTER:

To the Coweta County District Attorney’s Office,

I am writing to bring urgent attention to the alleged acts of cruelty committed by Kenneth Bullard against his horse. Bullard was reportedly seen on video kicking and beating the horse with a stick, while bizarrely claiming to be preparing the animal for the “end of the world.” Following these disturbing allegations, deputies observed blood coming from the horse’s snout and welts on its body, highlighting the immediate need for accountability.

Moreover, the situation worsened upon discovery that Bullard had been apparently keeping the horse in his basement under deplorable conditions. Although he has been charged with animal cruelty and referred for a mental health evaluation, reports indicate that he threatened to continue the abuse if released. This alarming behavior only underscores the necessity for strict legal consequences to ensure the safety of this horse and to deter similar acts in the future.

We advocate for immediate and appropriate legal penalties against Kenneth Bullard to address his alleged actions and prevent further harm. It is crucial that the District Attorney’s Office takes this matter seriously and ensures justice is served, both for the sake of the horse involved and to establish a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated in our community.

Sincerely,
Your Name Here

The abused horse was put in the care of Bullard’s family. What sense does that make? Bullard also keeps making threats that when he is released, he will go back to abusing the horse! What kind of crazy officials put that poor abused horse back into that situation?
What is wrong with Coweta County, Georgia? He also kept the horse is a basement! That man is a monster!
