Target: Camp Verde AZ Marshals Office and DPS Criminal Investigations Division Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM),
The following is a brief description of a extreme traumatic, criminal and dangerous incident involving Animal Cruelty. Endangerment, Discrimination also known as a Hate Crime in which my cat was singled out anddeliberately killed to seek vengeance against me. This COWARDLY and SPINELESS act was A DELIBERATE ACT OF ANIMAL CRUELTY and ENDANGERMENT is the result of the Marshals and its ACO officer(s) engaging in gross negligence and deliberate dereliction of duty. The ACO and the two other Deputies who were present not only lied to me about an opening under my back yard neighbors house that he cover up after I found out there was an opening he had left it open on purpose to lure him to stay on his property he was very aware of his presence (him and his neighbors across the street the one who threatened me with Bodily Harm and also harassand down the road who own pit bulls were waiting for just the right time to sick their vicious dogs on him out of sheer vengeance to get back at me for something I was falsely accused of doing by the neighbor next to this sick sociopath who owns a cat who wouldn’t let me trap or get him off his property, most normal people would be more than accommodating to help get someones pet safely home to its rightful owner not in this case. I should of tore down the fence and broke the law this is how the Marshals treated me a Disabled Veteran with PTSD that has been extremely triggered especially after disregarded, ignored and disrespected especially when time was of the essence I had to dig a hole under the fence to help him because he was limping I told the ACO that too its in their clause on their website about what duties a ACO is suppose to carry out another lie on their behalf. This is unforgivable to no extent and to lie to me is beyond a violation of code of conduct/law enforcement code of ethnics and Animal safety) after he closed it up the day my LUCKY all of sudden went missing out of the blue no where to be found because he was being stalked by a stray Tomcat who is still around along with my neighbors cat but LUCKY is no where to be found! he closed it off with SHEET METAL (there was no vent I have photos as proof) for him escape they lied and told me they looked under the house they did no such thing. The ACO’s body cam footage and the body cam footage of the interview with ACO and another Deputy who said in his report that there was no threat (Bodily Harm/harassment by the neighbor across the street was can see everything from his house and was watching me without my knowledge they knew who I was but I didn’t know who they are I don’t even know any of these deranged sick so called people it was premeditated all along) the ACO told me and my friend that he looked under the house and that a vent was put in place was just a line of bullsh** to get me off their backs. Please help demand that the Marshals Office and the DPS Criminal Division (GIITEM) do a complete and thorough investigation into what could and should of been avoided had the Marshals done their job(s). They should of demanded that my neighbor allow access for either them or myself to retrieve my cat who was my property and my VA certified Service/Companion animal no questions asked he needs to have his cat taken away and charged with Animal Cruelty and Endangerment. The body cam footage is proof he never looked under the house he didn’t do a damn thing, instead they complained about having to take the time to look for any signs of my cat. This is gross negligence and deception by the Marshals Animal Control Officer(s) to its fullest, he was my pet. my property he was micro chipped and Certified by the VA as my Service/Companion Animal, a beloved, cherished family member. He rescued me. PLEASE help me get the JUSTICE and RESPECT he deserves for this heinous and senseless and COWARDLY crime. He is irreplaceable, this is about PRINCIPLES. I have contacted every Humane Society, Rescue, Animal rights organization even Jackson Galaxy.
