Old Dog Allegedly Wandering Around With Serious Infections in Rain Deserves Justice

Target: New Philadelphia, Ohio Chief Prosecutor Lacee Felix

Goal: Give woman harshest legal sentence if she is found guilty of starving and neglecting her dog.

An old dog named Cayden was found walking around in the rain, seemingly starving and suffering from numerous infections. A woman who has not been identified to the public was recently brought up on animal cruelty charges for the crime. She needs to be justly punished under the law if it is found she abused or neglected Cayden.

According to Beth Lewis, Tuscarawas’s County Dog Pound facility and adoption coordinator, Cayden was 10 to 15 pounds underweight when he was found. Reports indicate his ears were severely infected and that one was so swollen and scarred, it had become overly thick and curled. Cayden’s mouth is allegedly in such bad condition that all his teeth need to be pulled. Fleas were further said to be crawling all over Cayden’s eyes when he arrived at the shelter. Sign this petition to demand his former owner be held responsible for this mistreatment, if she is found guilty.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Prosecutor Felix,

A woman was arrested after authorities allegedly found a senior, underweight dog wandering around by himself in the rain. The dog’s ears were reportedly severely infected, and his teeth were thought to be so rotted, they need to be extracted. This woman needs to receive a strict legal sentence and no longer be allowed to own animals if she is found guilty of abusing this dog.

Shelter officials named the dog Cayden shortly after he arrived. They immediately gave him a bath after allegedly finding massive amounts of fleas crawling around on him, as well as all over his eyes. Officials also noted that he ate aggressively when fed, possibly a result of reportedly being kept locked up for years in a shed without proper food or water. Additionally, Cayden was said to be nearly blind and completely deaf upon arrival.

For the above reasons, we demand the person allegedly responsible for neglecting Cayden be given the maximum legal sentence possible.

Sincerely,

  1. Thank God for the officials who helped Cayden. The Retard who allowed this poor dog to become neglected should be shoved in a dark shed and left to rot

Won’t get much punishment in new Philadelphia court Adam Soto only got 6 months for killing a dog

    • Well, then extrajudicial justice must prevail. Anyone that knows where he lives can get him by making his life so miserable that he ends himself.

that’s the only way we are going to stop the abuse, neglect & torturing of animals!! The court system sucks when it comes to animals!

  3. Evan Jane Kriss says:

If you own an animal, you have a moral and ethical obligation to properly care for it; if you’re unwilling or unable to do so, you have a moral and ethical obligation to surrender it to an individual or an organization that can. Prosecute this monster to the fullest extent of the law for egregious animal abuse and cruelty. Make her PAY ALL VET BILLS to restore this poor dog to full health and BAN her from ever purchasing, owning, caring for or working with any animals ever again.

  4. No mercy for animal abusers!death penalty!

  5. All animal abusers must have the death penalty implemented and nothing less!

  6. The bitch needs to serve time for abuse and neglect. Should starve her ass.She does not deserve any animals. I hope the pup finds a better home and family. Don’t get a dog,if u can’t or want keep it. Not everyone is a dog parent. They get dogs and cats for show and don’t care for them.

  7. Lacee Felix says:

The prosecutor on this case is Attorney Jeff Holland. Please redirect your target.
