Puppy Reportedly Found Covered in Ice and Frozen to Death in Backyard Deserves Justice

Target: Donna Gordon Kaspar, District Attorney, Houston County, TX
Goal: Prosecute individual who allegedly left 12-week-old puppy to freeze to death during Texas’s unprecedented winter storms.

A 12-week-old puppy allegedly froze to death during Texas’s unprecedented winter freeze. The poor animal was reportedly found deceased in the backyard of a home, confined to a wire crate. In addition to the deceased dog, four horses and four adult dogs were reportedly also found neglected outside the home.

The dogs, according to authorities, were covered in ice and kept in chains. They are now in the care of a local veterinarian. Police say that not a single animal on the property had either a food or water bowl.

The property owner, not yet named publicly, has been charged with animal cruelty. This disturbing case is just the latest tragedy in the state of Texas where authorities say animal abuse is on the rise. Sign the petition to demand that the property owner be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and be made an example of. No other innocent animal should suffer so horribly.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Kaspar,

Tragically, a 12-week-old puppy was allegedly found on a local property, frozen to death after having to endure Texas’s freezing temperatures. Another four dogs were found, according to authorities, covered in ice. A total of nine animals were found on the property, all said to be neglected and malnourished.

This tragic case is one of many animal cruelty cases to occur throughout the state. This epidemic of abuse must be brought to an end. I demand that you prosecute the property owner to the fullest extent the law will allow. He or she must be made an example of. It must be made clear to the residents of Texas that animal cruelty will not be tolerated.

Sincerely,

Make sure this POS has their name ad picture posted for all to see. Charge the animal abusers as a felony. There was no sense for what happened. There were many shelters or friends that could of helped. If you are these people’s neighbor and allowed to stand by and watch this happen you are also guilty of animal abuse.

Take the owners & put them in a zero degree freezer for 5 days so they freeze to death. Then justice would be served!

This is utterly abhorrent! What the hell were these backward degenerates thinking! It’s barbaric! An abomination! I implore you to prosecute these sadistic, evil monsters to the fullest extent of the law! And get your laws changed to protect the animals in your state! Do your jobs! This is heartbreaking! I despise selfish, cruel and heartless human beings who couldn’t care less about the suffering of any other living creature! Too many ‘Me, Me, Me’s, it’s all about them and their rights! Selfish to the core! I despair of the human race, I truly do!

  4. The person responsible for the poor puppy and the other animals shouldn’t have been mistreated. They suffered at the hands of a very horrible person. I hope you give them jail time!!

Recognising this is a horrific act of cruel negligence by this individual, and it is on the rise in Texas, It is time for animal abusers to realise there are penalties animals are dependent there is no excuse!!! If you don’t want to care for them, give them to people who do. Better than that Don’t take animals on when you can’t treat them with love and respect.

  6. The vile and evil monster who left this poor puppy to die a horrific and painful death must be severely punished. That doesn’t mean a slap on the wrist it means jail time for a year or more, a huge fine and a ban from ever owing any animals ever again. RIP POOR PUPPY AND WE THE PUBLID DEMAND JUSTICE FOR YOUR MURDER AND WE ARE WATCHING TO MAKE SURE JUSTICE IS SERVED!
