Justice for 6 Puppies Reportedly Frozen to Death in Wire Crate

Target: Tom Watson, Criminal District Attorney, Gregg County, Texas

Goal: Prosecute individual who reportedly neglected litter of puppies and allowed them to freeze to death.

Six puppies were allegedly found neglected and abandoned, frozen to death in a wire crate. Authorities believe the puppies were only a few weeks old. Now, the unnamed owner is set to be charged with animal cruelty. Demand he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The temperatures in Longview, Texas, where the puppies were found, were below freezing for several days and authorities have been urging pet owners to keep their animals indoors. In addition to the six deceased puppies, authorities also report that they found two adult dogs on the property. Thankfully, they were found alive and are now in the care of a local animal rescue.

The name of the property’s owner has not been made public, but they face one year in jail and a fine of up to $4,000. Ask that they be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law will allow if they are proven guilty. No innocent animals deserve to suffer.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Watson,

Authorities in your district discovered a horrific sight: six puppies were found allegedly neglected and frozen to death in a wire crate. They reportedly suffered from the brutal, below-freezing temperatures before ultimately succumbing to their tragic fate.

Their owner, who is allegedly responsible for this crime, faces up to one year in prison and a $4,000 fine. I ask that you prosecute them to the fullest extent the law will allow. They should not walk away with a slap on the wrist if found guilty.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. Ojala se muera el hijo de puta que hiso este abusamiento no merece nada mas, karma le llegue y lo ponga a sufrir.

  2. David Basham says:

Things won’t change unless the penalties become harsher.

  3. This won’t change unless people get stiffer fines and punishment. And the law has to take it seriously.

  4. Let the piece of shit responsible freeze to death.

  5. Do not allow this person to plea down to a lesser penalty. Prosecute to the fullest, harshest extent possible.

  6. Can we just put a bullet in the mother-fuckers head and be done with him? No,we can’t, because that would be too simple and would piss off morons that are against the death penalty, that is until someone kills one of their loved ones, then all of a sudden they’re for the death penalty. Can we all say hypocritical mother-fuckers? Yeah, I knew we could. Have a nice day.

there is NO cause for this and for the poor puppies to suffer as they did and then died the MF SOB that did this needs his head bashed in or let 6 pit bulls 6 dobermans 6 great danes or other large dogs tear his/her ass apart for the puppies so damn sad and they walk free to do it again since no one give a shit about the animals on this planet and how they are treated or harmed that goes for all animals from A_Z

  8. Please prosecute to fullest extent of law and also make it where this person is not allowed to be around or own any kind of animal for the rest of their life. If this person has a spouse or other person who lives with them, that other person is just as responsible because they also did nothing to prevent it.

  9. Janet Purnell says:

An eye for an eye is needed here! Why won’t you tell everyone the MURDERERS name?
The person that did this does not deserve to live.

  10. Prosecute this murdering piece of shit the put him liquid nitrogen and let him freeze solid at -200 degrees then throw him off a high bridge. Amen gracias

  11. This so called “owner” needs to serve 1 yr of jail per dog for a total of 6 years in jail. Also, be fined 4,000 per dog with a total of $24,000. Then it would have an impact. Those poor dogs suffered immensely. It was totally avoidable.

  12. Claude Alunni says:

    Hang the lowlife scumbag.

  13. Maria Bertrand says:

What an UGLY HUMAN! One year? $4,000 dollars? ARE YOU JOKING! LET THEM REALLY PAY SO THIS HORROR STOPS!!!!!!
    THE LAW STINKS!!!!!!!

THEY DESERVE THE FATE THEY GAVE THESE SWEET LITTLE INNOCENT PUPPIES.

  14. Debra D Gaddy says:

This is not if found guilty. The evidence is there. He should be punished to the max that the law allows and fined. He is a disgrace to the society and should not ever be allowed to own any pets ever again. Those poor little dogs. My heart hurts for them. Please see that he is punished and not set free. Surely those puppies had to be crying.

  15. The penalties for these types of crimes have got to be increased. These are very evil people and they just get a slap on the wrist. Put his name out there and maybe someone will kill him. That is exactly what he deserves.

  16. Shirley Lemieux says:

A possible one year in Jail is pathetic. Six puppies froze to death. SIX. I do not know why this secretive named person is not being charged with 6 felony charges. That has got to be one of the most horrific deaths and these puppies were little babies forcibly trapped inside of an enclosure. The reason these crimes happen in the first place is because the Laws are so weak that these type criminals know that there are little to no consequences for their actions.

  17. This evil abuser needs to be punished under the PACT ACT. It is now a federal crime to abuse any animal and is punishable by imprisonment. There are many inmates in prison that do not take kindly to child or animal abusers. Proverbs 12:10

  18. Animal Petitions is on the list of fake animal rescues.

  19. Rest in peace u six precious babies, what Asshole thinks this is ok to do, the laws do need to be alot stricter, babies dont deserve any of this, hope he or she does not have children, they might end up freezing to death outside!

  20. Tom – That the name of the perpetrator of this crime is not being disclosed is a bunch of crap! This asshole responsible for these puppies deaths needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed under Texas Law. This is first-degree murder and the crime needs to be prosecuted as such. Get this fucking asshole off the street and behind bars. Show the world that Gregg County WILL NOT TOLERATE animal abuse and murder. Please!
