Dogs That Allegedly Died Without Water at Training Facility Deserve Justice

Target: Vanderburgh, Indiana County Prosecutor Nicholas Hermann

Goal: Give man harshest legal sentence for allegedly not taking care of dogs at training facility and allowing them to die.

Two dogs were allegedly found dead at a dog training facility, and another one was said by a veterinarian to be extremely underweight and dehydrated. Ethan Rose, the owner of the facility, has been charged with the crime. He needs to get the most stringent sentence possible if it is found he abused or neglected these animals in any way.

The owners of the dog that survived visited a veterinarian as soon as they picked the animal up from Rose’s place of business. Employees allegedly found a deceased dog at the facility and also found another dead dog there five days later. According to reports, Rose threatened people who witnessed the apparent abuse in order to try and keep witnesses from talking to police.

Authorities said that both dogs died as a result of being dehydrated. Rose was charged with animal cruelty and obstruction. Sign this petition to demand he receive the longest time behind bars possible if he is found guilty so that other animals will be less likely to experience the same fate.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecutor Hermann,

A dog trainer named Ethan Rose was recently arrested for animal cruelty after two dead dogs were reportedly found at his facility, and another dog was said to be extremely dehydrated and underweight. He needs to get the toughest legal sentence if it is found he committed this inexcusable abuse.

A veterinarian diagnosed one dog with dehydration shortly after the animal arrived at a local hospital. Reports state that employees found a dead dog on the property and that they further found another deceased dog only five days later. Rose allegedly threatened employees to try and prevent authorities from investigating. After conducting a search, police determined that the two dogs died of dehydration, which is easily preventable if a dog is given enough water. For these reasons, we demand you suggest Rose receive the longest prison sentence possible, if found guilty, and that he no longer be allowed to keep his training facility open or have anything to do with animals to better ensure other dogs in the community will not be hurt or killed.

Sincerely,

LOCK HIM UP BAN HIM FROM OWNING AND PROFITING FROM ANY ANIMALS!

  2. This is outrageous. They should be charged with felonies. I cannot believe that people can be this cruel. I also hope that he is never able to open up a business like this again.

  3. This evil cretin most definitely must have the death penalty performed. Prison or a fine is most certainly not appropriate. A slow and agonising death is essential. I am ready, willing and able to help perform this procedure!

  4. Evan Jane Kriss says:

Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law for egregious animal abuse. Lock him up and deprive HIM of water. Let him become as dehydrated as those dogs. Revoke his animal care license and BAN him from ever purchasing, owning, caring for or working with any animals ever again.

  5. Don’t the people who take their dogs to these training places investigate first ?????????????????

The people responsible should be given the same death sentence !!!!! Make them suffer as these innocent dogs suffered!

If the punishment fit the crime this would stop most animal cruelty !! A slap on the wrist does nothing to these stupid bastards or bitches whichever it may be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Milantia Roy says:

    Dear Prosecutor Hermann,
We hope that you have no compassion when you punish that wretch who despite of being aware of what was happening to the dogs in his care, he just did not give a damn, and had even the nerve to threaten those who called his attention. Some 10 years in jail and a hefty fine to pay before going free, would be nothing for what that obnoxious criminal, Ethan Rose, really deserves.
    Thank you!

    Dear Prosecutor Hermann,
We regret that that you cannot lock him up for the duration of his miserable life!

  11. i beg you not to just give this horrible human a slap on the wrist, should be treated the way ethan rose treated these babies ethan needs to be in prison where he only has a tent to sleep in out in the middle of the desert and only allowed water two or three times a day and really let these babies go without water let them suffer the same way … i have no sympathy for people like this and they are nothing but bullies and only looked at the money they were earning while letting these poor animals suffer… please i beg you make them pay for this …

  12. ETHAN ROSE DELIBERATELY LEFT THESE ANIMALS DIE IN HIS CARE. THE OWNERS LEFT THE PETS TO BE TRAINED AND INSTEAD OF GETTING A TRAINED DOG BACK, ETHAN ROSE TOOK THERE MONEY AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PETS. TRAINERS MUST BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF ANY PETS LEFT IN THEIR CARE.

  13. This HORRIBLE ABUSER needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the Law under the PACT ACT!!! Proverbs 12:10
