Dog Allegedly Kicked to Death By Family Member Deserves Justice

Target: Margaret E. Kelley, State Attorney for the Judicial District of Ansonia / Milford, Connecticut

Goal: Give man harshest legal sentence for allegedly kicking family dog until he died.

Nazareno Goldston allegedly kicked the family dog to death while arguing with his wife. He needs to spend the most time in prison possible if he is found guilty of this inexcusable animal cruelty to better ensure more innocent animals will not be harmed.

Goldston reportedly stopped his wife when she tried to call police for help during the heated confrontation. He allegedly grabbed the phone right before kicking their helpless dog to death. Goldston was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, and animal abuse.

Dogs never deserve this type of treatment. Sign this petition to demand Goldston spend maximum time behind bars if it is found he committed these unfounded acts of cruelty so that both animals and people will more likely be safe.

Dear State Attorney Kelley,

According to authorities, a family dog was kicked until he died. Nazareno Goldston was arrested shortly afterwards for the crime. He needs to receive the severest sentence the law will allow if he is found guilty of such heartless animal abuse.

Goldston was reportedly in a heated verbal exchange with his wife when she tried to call police. However, he allegedly grabbed the phone from her so she could not make the call. It is stated that he then kicked the dog repeatedly until he died.

He was charged with animal abuse, interfering with a 911 call, and disorderly conduct. Such actions should not be tolerated. We therefore demand you suggest Goldston be punished to the fullest extent of the law if he is found guilty of these heinous crimes.
