Cat Beaten and Beheaded by Serial Killer Deserves Justice

Target: Giles York, Chief Constable for Sussex, England

Goal: Punish the person behind beheading of a black cat.

A black cat was brutally decapitated in a shocking case of animal cruelty. She is one of hundreds of animals maimed or killed in Felpham Way over the last four years, and some believe the same person is behind all of the deaths. Demand that justice is served for this innocent cat.

“We see the same thing and time again. In the last four years there have been 700 possible victims and also hundreds of historical reports and a series of killings in 1998/1999. It’s quite possible this person has been operating for over 20 years,” stated Tony Jenkins, the founder of South Norwood Animal Rescue Liberty (SNARL). The rescue is currently searching for the owner of the most recent victim after she was found headless and with a broken spine. Investigators believe that she was hit with a blunt object, like a baseball bat, and there was no blood at the scene. The cat’s head has not been found.

This investigation is ongoing and there are no suspects at this time. Sign below and demand that the person responsible for this horrific cruelty is found and prosecuted and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Constable York,

A black cat was brutally killed, her headless body left behind in Felpham Way. The animal’s injuries indicate that she was hit with a blunt object, such as a baseball bat, and her spine was broken. Investigators found no blood at the scene, implying that she was dumped there following her death.

This cat is one of hundreds that have suffered and died near Felpham Way over the last four years. Some suspect that the same person is behind all of these brutal killings and that the cruelty will continue until they are caught. I demand that you prosecute this case and seek the maximum penalty possible in order to protect innocent animals from further harm.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

We all know even if perpetrator is found little will be done to punish.
Because of this injustice and legislators not doing what the vast majority of its citizens want then STREET JUSTICE MUST MORALLY PREVAIL and do their job for them.
