Man Accused of Training Dog to Kill and Eat Stray Animals Must be Punished

Target: Kimberly M. Foxx, State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly taught his dog to kill and eat other animals, including stray cats and possums, receive the maximum penalty possible by law if found guilty.

Several innocent animals died horrible deaths after a dog was allegedly taught to kill and eat them. Shocking video reportedly showed the suspect egging his dog on while the dog killed a stray cat. Demand justice for these poor animals.

Richard Eames’ voice could reportedly be heard in the background of a video shouting “Good boy!” as his dog, Shorty, mauled a stray cat. The clip, posted on social media, was one in a series of videos appearing to show the dog attacking cats and eating a dead possum. Per police, Eames trained the Jack Russell Terrier/pit bull mix to attack and eat stray animals when they wandered into his backyard. The videos caught the attention of a local animal rights activist, who brought them to the police.

Eames’ charge has been upgraded to aggravated animal cruelty, which is a felony. The charge carries a penalty of between one and three years in prison. Sign below and demand that Eames receive the maximum penalty possible by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Ms. Foxx,

A dog mauled and killed several innocent animals after his owner allegedly trained him to attack. Multiple gruesome videos posted on social media reportedly showed the dog attacking cats and eating a possum. We demand justice for these poor animals.

Cicero police arrested Richard Eames on charges of aggravated animal cruelty, a felony, after he allegedly taught his dog to kill and eat stray animals in his backyard. Videos appeared to show Shorty, a Jack Russell Terrier/pit bull mix, killing a stray cat and eating a dead possum. One cat reportedly survived and escaped. An animal rights activist saw the videos and showed them to the police, leading to Eames’ arrest. The fate of the dog is currently unreported. Eames is being held on $5,000 bond. If convicted, he could face between one and three years in prison.

This man allegedly abused both his dog and the innocent animals that the dog harmed. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. It is our duty from the creator to protect those beings that we share this earth with. Much as some people would like to eradicate all evil from this world, that is not our place. So, those who are able to continue caring for and loving our fellow creatures, should do so with a constant heart. Name calling doesn’t hurt the target, it hurts you and what people think of you.

  2. Stupid Sinful black moron!!! Kill him first instead!!

  3. Dara Woodworth says:

What an uneducated black moron, take him to the zoo and feed him to the big cats. Money saved in the long run on a trial. Oh I forgot we don’t onus people for animal abuses

  4. Elaine Milbourn says:

Evil piece of filth that needs locking away from people and animals. The world can do without scum like this.

  5. Jennifer says:

Oh, so many pathetic humans in the world. Need a jail just for these folks! There are just too many.

  6. Leila Lappin says:

I say kill this POS waste of space, we have 7.6 billion more, he won’t be missed. The mother fucker waste of space.

  7. Czerny A. Czerny Auyang says:

President Trump is right; some people are “animals.” Apologies to animals. This black POS must make his people proud by living down to the stereotype of the semi-human illiterate knuckle-dragging simian. Racism is created and maintained by blacks like Richard Eames. Now his dog will pay the price.

  8. Simon Rimmer says:

Humans like this have given up their privilege to live. Animal cruelty must become a death penalty crime.

  9. Hoping the dog was taken away and re-habilitated and not put down as we know it wasn’t the dogs fault, if the dog gets put down then so should this sorry excuse for human garbage….

  10. THIS MAKES ME SICK! MOF’S! I AM SO TIRED OF READING SUCH HORROR, IT IS HEARTWRENCHING. HOW WOULD THEY LIKE TO BE TORTURED AND KILLED. DO THEY THINK THERE IS A PLACE ON EARTH FOR THEM…NOT!
SERIOUSLY WE NEED DEATH PENALTIES FOR THESE INHUMANE BASTARDS. IF THEY COULD DO THAT TO AN ANIMAL THEY COULD DO IT TO A HUMAN. ANIMALS ARE BEAUTIFUL SOULS, DEFENSELESS, HARMLESS, LOVING & LOYAL.
