Dear District Attorney Brown,

A kitten was allegedly thrown against a wall in a gruesome case of animal cruelty. The suspect reportedly lost his temper after the kitten sprayed. We demand justice for this poor kitten.

Gloversville police charged Steven J. Riach with felony aggravated cruelty to animals after he allegedly physically abused his 2-month-old kitten. Riach reportedly struck the kitten and then threw him against a wall as punishment for spraying. The kitten was unable to walk, investigators stated, or even move following the incident. Animal Control provided the kitten with emergency veterinary care and he is doing well. Riach was arrested and he is currently awaiting arraignment.

If proven guilty, then this man is a danger to animals and must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

People like this are plain stupid. They were never taught anything. People that abuse animals need lock up. People like this need to suffer like they make the animals to suffer. I pray this person gets lock up.

  3. It’s important that you Google our Massachusetts laws that protect animals, including other States that have taken the lead. From there, you can present this information to law makers in YOUR states for thus providing the templates (previous laws that have been passed) for success. Lawmakers etc., like to see “what worked” in other states. That’s how you get the ball rolling. That’s how you save the lives of animals in the future and *punish* via jail time, those who hurt or kill them.  At the very least, they may think twice about the consequences of their actions…

To extreme ills, extreme remedies is a well-known Italian proverb
Chi ha agito così è un povero essere MA deve essere messo in condizioni di NON FAR PIU’ DEL MALE agli Animali che sono i nostri Amici più preziosi, sinceri e idifesi e di conseguenza di non nuocere anche agli esseri umani. MASSIMA PENA.
Translation: Who has acted like that is a poor being, BUT must be put in a condition of NOT MAKING MORE EVIL to the Animals that are our most precious, sincere and defiant Friends and consequently not to harm even human beings. MAXIMUM PENALTY.
